Supporting who? Drug Peddlers and Junkies? To both of them, I say lock them up for years. To the Peddlers, a minimum of 10yrs if caught for first offenders, second time offenders and so on should get additional 5yrs on top the initial ten.

For the Junkies, give them 5yrs for First time offenders and any subsequent citations add 3yrs to the initial 5.

No bros, you got the wrong guy. My reply was to what the SA Police says/alleged that SA Youths steal to fund this habits. They steal phones, TVs, Jeweleries and stuff and exchange them for Drugs.
