Team,

Please I need urgent answers.

1. Must everyone applying for UK visitor visa pay the the 55 Pounds MUP?
2. Is it only VI centre for TLScontact that is being used, or defaulting in booking appointments?

Thanks for your response.

Hello everyone,

Good morning. Please who is in the best position to invite a dependant parent (mother of my wife)? Me (the student) or my wife (dependant)?

Thank you very much as I await your responses....

Cheers!

The truth is that either of you can do it; however, if your wife has a job, let her do it.

I never asked him/her not to declare that he has been refused visa before. I was responding to the personal account thing. I have done my biometrics and Yes i got my visa
I understand the area you are speaking from but please I will need to know how you did yours as a private business owner. Did you pay yourself salaries? If yes, for how many months. Secondly. Have you got any previous UK Visas?
I have not been paying myself salaries but I pay in money regularly with a reasonable account balance. Should I decide to pay in a certain amount as salary for this month and probably next month, can I apply with such account?

As a business owner putting aside monies on a monthly basis in an account where you withdraw personal expenses makes you look disciplined.

House please. Must a business owner pay salaries to herself before the account statement will be used for visa application? Also do I need to start printing payslip and the rest that goes with it? Please note that I have a savings account where I pay in money on regular basis.
I will appreciate if someone who is a sole proprietor that has gone through this can give me a breakdown of what is required. Thanks!

Which TLS did you choose whilst on the UKVI website?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Jayyjay: 3:15pm On May 25, 2023
Please please can someone shed more light on this 'Regular with available upgrade to Premium'?? I can see there are plenty time slots for it and less timeslot for 'Assisted Regular and Self Service'. I believe my application is regular as I am not going with Priority or Premium

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by ShalomJP: 3:21pm On May 25, 2023
Good afternoon team,

Please I am still SEEKING for ANSWER:

Is it possible to opt for or select Ikeja office for TLScontact while booking appointment to avoid paying the 55 pounds MUP? I ask because I understand that one has to make this payment for appointment at TLScontact VI office, however, the my application is routing me to make this payment.

How can I re-route my appointment through TLScontact office in Ikeja and avoid this payment?

Your URGENT response is required please.

I do not remember exactly. But it is prompting me to make this payment to proceed. If I had chosen VI TLSconnect on the UKVI website, is it still possible for me now to change to Ikeja, please?

Payment of 55 pounds?

If it is prompting you for 55ponds, then you most definitely chose it and can't change it as such.

If you have paid for the visa already then I'm afraid you are going to have to bear the brunt and close eye and pay it or you decide to start all over again in hopes of getting a refund

Please can anyone that has recently booked appointment for UK biometrics in Lagos let me know how the dates are for June?. I need to book latest first week in June but I haven’t gotten my CAS to progress to the booking stage.

Please if applying with children below 14years do they need to go along with you to TLS? I understand they don't need biometrics. Can one just go with their documents and not go with the kids?

Hello

What you are doing here is absolutely wrong @the bolded.

When UKVI starts looking at tightening policies on visit visa I hope we won't act like victims.

Please stop

Cheers

Thegamingorca:

I now went to town with explaining the lodgement represented salary of January and emoluments which didn't come earlier due to transfer issues experienced by CBN that period. grin

Blow lie give them come add company paper join am addressed from my oga to their office. Still forge secular wey company dey address members of staff say problem dey with bank grin nah so I take explain the lodgement.

Yes your grace. I am deeply sorry you feel that way. I am not in any shape or form advising anyone to follow in my steps.

I'm just sharing how I explained a lodgement instead of leaving it bare

you must go with the kids. Their face will be captured. My first child is 7 and her finger prints were taken and she was asked to confirm her name and DOB on live camera. I had to say the names and DOB for my 2 younger kids and they captured their faces but no finger print.
