know or heard anone that was rejected? or it is just hear say. if your GTE is genuine why would they reject anyone. emmyomo: |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by bligs: 4:14am On May 29, 2023 |
emmyomo:This is totally untrue, rejection has always been in place since the time of paper based application and not because of interview granted by someone far away in UK. Some rejection are just because of Case officer's discretion while most are due to applicant's minor error and no justification between chosen course of study and previous degree as well as choice of institution couple with not so tight SOP. For every one visa rejection from Nigeria, there is Tens if not hundreds of Indians visa rejection, those that means that someone also granted interview in India? PS: Some schools do not accept applications from Indians in certain states due to high level of bogus degrees and documents. 2 Likes |

Exactly, you nailed it. Meanwhile if you put a good application and there is justification and proof for your application it shouldn't be a problem to get the visa bligs: |

bligs: I totally understand you bro, it’s just that recently, I know about 3 people that have been rejected solely on “current economic situation of Nigeria”. |

What where they going for was it a masters degree or a diploma and also remember the GTE statement can make or break your visa application. Did they explained the cogent reason why they are embarking on a study route and did they explain and give good home ties Pappibearr: |

HELLO NAIRALANDERS, I would want honest advice for someone who already has a USA MSc degree with no solid work experience since 2015 but has a small start-up company in Nigeria and want to study again in Ireland, can he apply for Executive MBA or a professional Masters e.g Project Management? Can someone please say if he should apply for studies again. Can someone also please state here detailed study visa requirements for postgraduate visa applicants and since the person already has a USA MSc certificate since 2014, will he still need to present an English Language Proficiency Test score as part of visa requirement? Will he be exempted from such requirement? In addition, can he use a sponsor to support this study duration despite he is self-employed (no money in his current account) so, can he use a distant relative; must he show proof of ties with the sponsor and is it compulsory that the sponsor show land deed, tax certificate etc? And how should one pay tuition and accommodation from Nigeria considering the debit card and foreign transfer blockages from Nigerian banks? Do AUSSIE universities offer a no-deposit Master Programme and will this be recognised by the embassy if no tuition is paid until after arrival in Australia? Someone who has a knowledge of all these questions as of 2023 should please reply and looking forward to that. Thanks! |

Usefulsense: Personally, I’d renew. Given current rules, you can fly with it. If this is a decision you intend to take, it’s advisable to get confirmation from the airline. |

Please does anyone here know about life in Darwin northern territory Australia, my proposed uni is located there and I have been reading crazy stuffs about the state. Things like high crime rates, knife stabbings, non-conducive weather conditions and recently earthquake tremors. Please are there any Nigerians living in Darwin? Are these reports highly exaggerated? How safe is the northern territory for black students. |
