If the forces of demand and supply are to determine pump prices, NNPC has the capacity to sell at the lowest rate. They should buy up and rebrand filling stations across the country.

Do you really know what the forces of dd and ss mean? If NNPC are buying up fuel stations nation wide, then there is no forces of demand and supply here.
