However, the Laws of the Game however allows such not to be given as a penalty.

1. Was the arm outstretched or in an unatural position? The answer was "No" the ref and VAR stuck to the laws.

Slight issue i had was that the arm changed the direction of the ball probably robbing an attacking player of a goal opportunity. The Law didnt say anything about that sha

Watch the match highlights it's there. Matic appeared to push rakitic off the ball before the ball was fed to dybala to score. I'm not saying it was a clear foul but I'm saying that I'm sure that's one of the accusations that would've been leveled at the ref too if that was against Roma

It is funny how you chose to ditch the main issue in contention, but resorts to attacking Mourinho's tactics. Over four paragraphs, yet no mention of whether the penalty the REF. failed to award is just or unjustly.

From your defensive-writeup, i can sense it is driven from a point of personal hate for jose Mourinho. This is not the first time mourinho has been deploying the 'park the bus' tactics.
