Yorubas believed in adage: Good name is better than gold and silver this is moral philosophy of our forefathers and also cherishing of our family names. That is why is very difficult for average Yoruba man or woman to just dabble into criminality that is standard of our upbringing. We believed in honest ways in making money via fear of God, the little criminals we have in our midst is result of lack of geniue employment or fursration. Other way round, it's total contrast that is main reason u have a section of country populated correctional facilities both home abroad some waiting hangman noose in foreign countries based on drug related offences.

The Yorubas should learn to travel and eke out an existence in Igbo land if they want an appointment in Igbo land. The reason why Igbos are getting an appointment in Yoruba land and other places is that they predominate the place. A Yoruba man cannot stay in Yoruba land and expect an offer in Igbo land.
People of the same ethnicity settling in the same neighbourhoods is the reason why we have places like Ama Awusa in Aba and many others but there are no such places like the Yoruba quarter in Igbo land.
