Someone having a very low balance or a zero balance in between your account statement does not matter as long as the account is very active, good inflow and outflow and has a good starting balance and closing balance
For example
An account statement of 4months that has an opening bal of 500k but inbetween the very active inflow and outflow there was a -200k balance at some point but it rose up almost immediately.. Having very active inflow and outflow.. inflow of 73m and outflow of 60m and a closing balance of 13m.. it's a personal account used for daily transactions.. though evidence of source of funds documents are attached as the owner of the account owns a contracting firm..
Is this account good to go?

No full refunds tuition fees, they will deduct administrative fees. Try and go through each school and learn more about their refunds policy.

I knew Conestoga only charge 200 Cad dollar for administrative fees

You can pay all together,just make sure you signify each an every applicant uci number that iom give on the payment reciept,cus that is the first thing to present at the venue.
