We used an agent so we don’t have any way to check her portal. Just praying it works out like yours

Thanks it was TRV… My agent did the submission on my behalf.. I only gave him my bank statement, my CAC and other company and education related docs.. I also submitted my wedding certificat, my children’s birth certificates, landed properties and some other supporting documents.. Omo I don forget… I didn’t want to make a mistake, so I just asked my agent to help me with submission.. The more I type, the more I remember more things 😅

you mean you haven’t receive any mail at all , like movement of your passport all through, well I submitted same day buh I have been getting mails about my passport although I’m waiting for the last one that it’s ready for collection in lagos

I submitted same day and have been receiving emails.. Probably you didn't give them the correct email to send tracking to... But still you can track it with the code on the sticker..

I think you should contact UPS that you are yet to get confirmation that VFS has received it.
