According to Vanguard, Mr. Anthony Chinwo, a software engineer, testified before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) in Abuja on Thursday in the case filed by the Labour Party (LP) candidate, Peter Gregory Obi, to challenge the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.

Chinwo, the petitioners’ second witness (PW-2), told the court that while he was unfamiliar with the use of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), he had adequate knowledge of the operation of back-end servers.

Televise the proceedings., they both were against it. Make the BVA machines available for scrutiny, they both refused. Provide true certified copies of electoral forms duly paid for by the plaintiffs, they refused.

APC is the electoral commission while Inec is the political party

This Tribunal case have messed up the .mandate thief & the political party Inec .
