I'll advice you go ahead to submit it and print close to your biometrics. If it's not too far then fine

My wife just got a conditional offer of study at University of Sunderland for Oct., 2023 admission window. I wanted to be sure it's a good one to pursue ? Does University of Sunderland requires POF before issuance of CAS ? And if we pay the initial deposit, would she get CAS at their stipulated time ? I wouldn't mind be shared their WhatsApp group if at all there is any..

You have to submit 28Days POF when filling the CAS shield…..she would get CAS as long as all documents needed are complete and not fake ,
Please Note university of Sunderland don’t play with financial records (POF) incase some wants to advise you on backdating

1. Please do I need to go and change my test report to "Study"? Or it won't affect my visa application

2. Do I need to correct that of my dependants as well. (Settlements and dependants was written there).

3. Please do we have anyone in living in Hull that I can use his or her address to make my Visa application (placeholder) or what do you suggest I fill - in place where I am asked to disclose where I will be staying. I plan to get accomodation but that's after successful visa application.

1. No you don't need to change the category. The result of the TB is more important, your visa application already shows it's a study visa.

2. That category is correct

3. People's addresses are personal information and shouldn't be shared on an online platform like this. Also you shouldn't rely on that type of information from a faceless forum.

I have this my uncle in the UK he gave me an invitation letter for a visit visa some years back which I was refused. Now I’m about to apply for student visa, I’m the section where they ask do you have a family member member in the Uk should I tick yes?
We haven’t been in good terms now for like 6years.
Also, if I tick yes more information will be ask about him which I don’t know. What can you advise me to do at this situation

It's a savings joint account. I and my husband usually just deposit funds once a month after we receive our salaries or certain business deposits. We don't use the account for our day to day transactions.

I heard that it's important to keep the account busy with withdrawals and deposits during the POF period and I wanted to clarify.

I typed yes, when asked if I have provided any English language requirement during my visa application. I just saw it now, and I have paid and submitted the form. I didn't submit any English language certificate during my previous application. Please house what do I do? Forward to the university, the proof of payment by your friend while you also seek admission into other universities as a back up as it is risky putting all eggs in one basket at this stage bearing in mind that this
September/October entry is the "last bus" for those with dependants.
