Brad Stevens knows Mazzulla is not the man for the job and that is why he making these wholesome changes.

The Celtics shouldn’t have offered him the job full time until after the postseason in my opinion. He is basically giving him one more season to get back to the final or get fired.

The Celtics offered him a 3 yr/14M contract with the 3rd year being team option, so pretty much 2 yrs.. I think he makes between 3-4M next season which is not a lot to give up.. problem is, you are having an egotistic rookie coach a ready to win roster.
