When Festus Okoye held the Press conference yesterday with civil society organizations.
From beginning to the end of the conference, he told Nigerians to commend INEC for conducting all other elections conducted but he technically refused to mention the Presidential aspect of the election. Because he knows that one was rigged for Tinubu.
