Its very crucial for a friend of mine trying to choose between NDLEA and a Commission under Fed Min of Edu.

Last week he was offered an MIAppointment with the Commission under Fed Min of Edu.
With GL 9/2 but amount of the salary was not mention..

Secondly.. Just yesterday he received a text from NDLEA to go to Abuja for Interview/Screening on 17 June.
NB: his name was not on the list Shortlisted on PDF

Please could anyone help us by stating which among the two Agencies has more advantages than the other in terms of good working atmosphere, salary, career progression, allowances, bonuses and etc..

Alhamdulillah I have been shortlisted for physical screening and certificates verification in respect of the ongoing NIS recruitment. However, I don't feel comfortable whenever I think of how I invested my financial resources and stress of studies to acquire a professional certificate i.e. ACA that may not be relevant in the service.

Please based on your experience are we to shave our beard?

exactly, a lot of Nigerians have a very pathetic way of reasoning when it comes to getting government jobs, they continue to blame their joblessness on nepotism whereas people get good government jobs everyday without knowing anybody.

Most of those that were shortlisted for NIS screening will refuse to disclose that here because the naysaying pessimists who probably applied for the same job but weren't shortlisted will come in their droves and start shouting 'las las na connect', 'na people wey no dey shortlist go get the job'.

What a stupid and sad way to live, if you try an opportunity and it doesn't favor you then move the fvck on and don't try to trash talk another man who has obviously been favoured for great things.

They left explicit instructions in the invitation letter (at least for the immigration own that I saw).
They'll screen you on the day they give you only and nothing more. Congratulations 🎉
