If he couldn't use his influence as a Senator to have raised issues about the gory state of Sango Ota road, have no influence or impact about this same Ogun West people, then why should we allow him to govern Ogun state when he has little or no contribution towards the development of the state

Amosun is the only senator from my constituency who have served 3 times and thats all for him. State assembly, House of reps even local government chairman, you can only serve once.

The Egba real strong politicians are mostly the chiefs. The Church in Ake, second church in Nigeria , the chiefs who met there are the political deciders in Ogun state.

All our local government chairmen during when dad was still active in politics, I don't care which political party you want to be from, they must be dad friends. Can't even count how many personal friends and family friends who became our local government chairman. Dad was part of the chiefs, infact it wasn't even about religion just social gathering by the elites.

You see Dimeji Bankole's dad, Baba Alani, Amosun no dey close to his relevancy in Ogun central politics

Why should he shun the governorship? Yayi is currently the most formidable politician not only in Ogun West but Ogun state in general and you want him to take the back seat when he's almost there.

GNI is unstable. I don't even think he has a political party presently, I like him naturally but he has been associating with wrong people.

Forget about Yayi cos we from Ogun Central go use sentiment to knock his ambition. He only campaigned for himself and Tinubu, no regards for Gov DA and you think Ogun East people would let it slide?

Akinlade would have been the best from Ogun West but the way Amosun wanted to lord him over others relegated him.

If Ogun West people can look within and present more credible candidate apart from the listed above, then we go support them cos they have never been in thr position, the closed is Badaru who deputized OGD but she was like P in Psychology.

Are you really from Ogun state? Ask DA who work for him the most in this just concluded election. Even when DA was defeated in his own LG and senatorial district Yayi delivered his senatorial district 100% for DA infact he's even the one that neutralized Biyi in Ilaro and ogun West.


You also said you're not sure if GNI's current political party whereas he's just been inaugurated few hours ago as a Rep member under APC.

Apc as party may vanish in Ogun state before 2027 election with Yayi or not. Regional party is coming, we go support his Excellency Tinubu but you see the rest position, na free for all.

Yewa Axis have always been aligning with Ogun central, the votes Gov DA received from there is natural.

OGD boldly work against DA as they are both from same zone.

As for GNI, even my current constituency reps, I no sabi them cos 2023 election focus was for regional interest for the highest political position nationally, 2027 na for region and state.

Tinubu that GNI might want to rely on have little influence in Ogun politics, that one na fact.

You may be from Ogun state bro but you don't understand the states politics bro. I am in abeokuta as we speak and I know who's who when it comes to Ogun state politics.

Amosun is actually the major political leader in Abeokuta as we speak but you will argue that and he sponsored a candidate from Ogun West which Yayi successfully neutralized even in Ilaro . Amosun caused APC dearly in the governorship election in Abeokuta but the party was able to make in the other LGs in ogun central.


Talking about Tinubu relying on GNI 🤣🤣🤣🤣, I seriously don't know where that is coming from . GNI has never been a Tinubu guy and was even the Osinbajo campaign coordinator in Ogun state in the presidential primary so I can't see any link to him and Tinubu. Btw, why will Tinubu leave his long term allies like Osoba , Yayi, Isiaka Akinlade , OGD etc to rely on a GNI ? That means you really have little knowledge of Ogun state politics Sir
