Don't stress yourself, it's scabies. Buy benzyl benzoate and tetmosol soap, also get sulphur ointment too cos you can't rub benzyl directly on the penis, only sulphur. Soak all your clothes in hot water to get rid of the scabies mice and leave that house immediately. Or tell your friends to follow the same treatment regiment if you are still with them, toavoid getting reinfected.
