The Benin bronze sculpture tradition is thought to have derived from or been influenced by that of the older nearby Kingdom of Ife in southwest Nigeria. Direct quote from google on which came first. Again I ask why is the title of the benin king Omo n'ba N'edo? Why? Why would a king be titled the child king in edo, a title he uses till date. |

coolitempa:Reading Wikipedia 🤣 Please get serious. Ife heads are very few in numbers and can't be dated. To give them importance the people who worked on them tried to link them to Benin bronzes which are important and are many. You thinking Wikipedia is a credible source of information only shows your low level of education yet again. |

coolitempa:1) "thought to" 🤣 2) you are only kidding yourself with this unsubstantiated claim of someone else. 3) Ife was a small settlement until 1912 when the British started urbanising it. 4) the ignorant person who made the unsubstantiated claim which you are quoting didn't even do any research before he tried to attach Ife heads to Benin bronzes in order to give Ife head some undeserved importance and to help him get funds. What matters is that the claim is unsubstantiated and the words "thought to" should give you a pointer in that direction. |

Stoplying: You keep embarrassing yourself. AMS radiocarbon a technique suitable for the dating of ancient bronze artefacts through the analysis of the organic residues contained into the casting cores. Your hatred will kill you there. Hateful animals like you think and mistake our lassez faire attitude allows for weakness. We consider edos our cousins whichever side of history one takes whether ours or your recently made up ones but you keep hating and buying into the hate from the sad east. When the ijaws start claiming those lands of theirs that you stole, dont come here and start crying. |

coolitempa:https://www.ciram-lab.com/our-services/art-market/bronze-silver-gold.html 1) your first claim of metals being dated by carbon dating has been debunked 2) now you shifted the goal post to "radiocarbon" 3) the only techniques actually available to the specialists in the field are not real dating. 4) no laboratory has actually even attempted to "date" Ife heads.

Look, it is very simple, stop obsessing about my people and stop claiming my heritage. Other than that, I don't care about you and your people. If you like, go and claim pharoe tut migrated from Ife, I don't care, I even hope he did, but leave my people alone ! (No Pharo migrated from Ife, but I won't come and debunk your claim with facts if you are not talking about my people). |

Stoplying: Your ignorance is now bordering on stupidity. For it to work on bronzes such as those excavated in Ife, they must have earthly matter in them. That is what radiocarbon does. Do i have to break everything down for your sorry arse. Or were you just born this way. |

coolitempa:You are going in circles, show me a lab report which "dates" Ife heads (even though it is impossible to do), or stop blabbing. Also, before you and your fellow 419 start making fake reports, I want a link to the report on the labs website, the name of the scientists who did the study and the year. No such thing exists. |

coolitempa: Here you go again, you even manage to contradict yourself, so you are not claiming us everywhere, but you are because you believe you are our father ? Your delusions are powerful, Benin kingdom appears on documents from the 1400's, Yoruba only appears in 1808, and it wasn't even the name of a people but just the name of a land. How a delusional teenager would claim to be the father of a 30 year old is beyond me. |
