I submitted my visa application 20th April 2023.
21st June I received s56 Request to provide updated CoE as the one submitted had expired.
23rd June New CoE uploaded. But I am yet to hear from them, my portal still shows Further Assessment.
Please have anyone experienced this?
How long does it take after document have been provided?
I’m really worried.

The new COE when will your course start. If it's over 3 months it could be the cause for the delay

My course start date is 11th Sept 2023.
My application is over 2months now.
I don’t even know if it’s gonna be a positive response with all these delays.

No it doesn't.

But you will notice that the "Last Update Date" on you application page has changed to the day you did your biometrics.

This is subsequent entrant (ie dependant) visa. It ended in praise to the glory of God and to encourage all that are waiting, as you'd receive good news soon. No agent involvement and all information used is contained in DHA website.

Congratulation to you and your family. I would like to ask how long your partner have been in Australia before you applied for dependent visa. My wife just arrived early this month and her course will start in July and I don’t know if I can apply now. I would appreciate your response.

Has anyone who applied for visa before this new rate had to boost the amount in their sponsor's account?

My agent just called me to say we need to increase the amount in the account to meet up with the present exchange rate.

Please, any information will help, as I'm in the 6th week of waiting for a response.

Did they ask you to submit other documents like statement of acct before admission is issued

Were you told to submit bank statement...as it's not in the document checklist for Curtin university

Well, my agent asked me to submit bank statement originally and I did submit. But that was before this new FX rate.

I'm tempted to just leave the application the way it is right now because I don't even have any money to boost the account right now.

Somebody got a grant last week or so with a 14million balance... submitted in April....so I doubt you'll have any issues as regards fx effect.

Your tuition fee deposit depends on the school you choose to study at, just the same way tuition fee at UNN is different from that of UI.

You are correct , got UNE offer today, and initial deposit is 18765 AUD, the person I have that I can use as sponsor is a Maternal uncle in the U.S, but the agent said I can't use a Maternal uncle

So, except you have a sponsor that can give a statement of equivalent or more to 60,000Aud, that your amount can not fly processings to Australia.

This post is not to discourage you brother, I’m just being realistic with you.

I think you should be able to use maternal uncle, if you can get a document from NPC to show the relationship and not just explanation or LOE.
