When you don't understand IGR by telling us you don't understand IGR.
Re: How Three Regions Account For 71% Of Nigeria Economy by LadyExcellency:
Economic Growth has little to do with Internally Generated Revenue.

Economic Development is money in the hands of the citizen rather than cooperate stealing you call IGR.

If I may ask? Which State do you pay VAT for purchasing goods made in Lagos State but consumed in Akwaibom?

Nigeria is complicated. It's a place you require certain level of experience to understand that 1+1 is not always 2 because Nigeria uses different number based in calculation

Toh

Lagos alone 34%, a state but with the economy of a country. His Excellency Bola Tinubu led the way to the Lagos success story.

Now imagine him replicating same feat across Nigeria regions.

Eh lo Fi Okan bale, better Nigeria with his Excellency Bola Tinubu

Yehn Yehn Yehn

Celebrate with others so that you can also be celebrated when it comes to your turn.

All those train rides , Lekki dry sea port which will make Nigeria to be berthing place for ship within Africa, things that only exist in Lagos are part of the IGR. It's is inevitable Gov Sanwoolu is the current best governor in Nigeria yet not relenting

You can't boost of such IGR without having structures in place. They are there, visible to the blind, audible to the deaf

At least we can be proud of our principal for laying such legacy in Lagos state. Only if una principal get 1/8 of such legacy in the state he governed for 8 years. Less than meager N2bn IGR in 8 wasted years, Tufiakwa!!

These my Yoruba brothers and Sisters with baselessly foolish posts and thinking.

Now, please ooo answer me..

With All the wealth that the SW gives the Country why can't we have ODUDUWA Republic? Why are we totally afraid and pained when the OLD SE Region decides to leave us, and get their BIAFRA, with our large economic might?

Won't BIAFRA make ODUDUWA grow well for Yoruba Nation alone? So why always crying when IGBOs or others say they want the country smashed to pieces?

It's funny, but My Yoruba people aren't ready to face realities.

Education sha it's important

How in the world would any educated person equate IGR and economy?

The only way to measure economy is GDP not IGR

Nigeria is Africa's biggest economy yet doesn't have biggest revenue in Africa no where near the biggest even

South East unofficially gave our businesses tax break since 1970 to allow that grow while others taxed themselves to death

Go to school people won't hear yet depend on propaganda

IGR has nothing to do with economy

Focus on HDI n GDP

But how would you know, school u no go

We are more than proud of Peter Obi who took over one of newest states in Nigeria and put her on the path of rapid development and saved money for his successor to continue from where he stopped. He was not a thief unlike your principal.

Go school, you will rather enjoy hailing MC Oluomo as a role Model.

Abia
Anambra
IMO ..,.............
all the above have oil in abundance and are also collecting 13% derivation as Oil producing states.

Enugu has the largest coal and gas reserves in Africa. Ebonyi has the largest limestone deposit used for cement production.

All the above SE states have a virile population of hardworking people. Why will you expose the foolishness of SW by always saying, it's only SS that has oil?

Na wah for my brothers and sisters sef ..

Grow up.

See as they are dragging last position with the Boko ravaged NE.

This is why they will never dream of relocating back to their cesspit.

If not for BH, the NE would have since overtaken the useless yeast as Bornu alone was a major food basket not only for Nigeria but the entire Central Africa up to even Sudan.

IGR is directly related to GDP.

All those vacant lizard and snake infested mansions in your yeast do not generate any value to your yeast.

That crumbly red roof shop for rent in Ibadan is more valuable than your village mansion.
