I want to diversify into the logistics business. Basically, inter-city with the use of bikes and all. So, I want to know the steps involved in starting it.
Steps such as registration and everything government related. How much it will cost etc.
After consulting online, I was getting several confusing or maybe incorrect information.

Also, I will appreciate kind feedback on the business in general. Like what to expect and how to mitigate such expectations. I am posting in this section because of its high readership.

First you'll need a website to advertise your logistics business, incase you need one I build websites and I'd give you video tutorial on how to run it yourself.

Secondly, you'll need a bike to start inter street delivery if you are starting as a one man.

Third if you want to start Interstate you can get people with cars or one man bike men on other state to work with you to deliver in their various states.

Fourth, you can start with friends who have rides be it cars or bike or bus

Lastly, apply to companies to deliver their goods once you are set with your website and agents and ready to deliver goods!

Run Facebook ads to reach thousands of individuals and companies via your logistics website, when they register and order for a pickup you go pick it up and deliver to their required location, you can update where you have reached on your website so the person who ordered the logistics would get a notification where you have reached and can track with a special tracking number live on your website.
