Your brother is already useless. I will blame your parents for making him too comfortable by feeding him. If hunger deal with him, nobody will tell him to look for work, even if it's construction work. The only justification is if he's disabled.

he is already irredeemable. only God or a shock treatment can wake him up. even then, what can he do with his already exhausted life? he may end-up creating more wahala for you people.
