Pease I need help and advice on this issue. We applied as a family (Father SOWP and Children VV) Everyone got PPR except 2 (Ages 18 & 11). For the 18 yrs old, below is -

Application - January 3, 2023
Submission Confirmation -January 3, 2023
Biometrics Collection Letter January 3, 2023
Correspondence Letter - April 26, 2023

After several mails and webform, we got a reply from Nairobi that PPR has been sent since May 18th, 2023. But we dont have it. We have replied with several screenshot that we do not have it, but no luck.
NOTE: The VISA NO is showing on tracker.

Kindly advice.
Can we just go to VSF?

That my passport is ready for collection and it’s at the VAC office in Abuja and it will be delivered by the courier offered by the VAC.

You won’t need a transit visa if you’re transiting only in Amsterdam.

Tuition receipt, LOI, Admission letter, have ur living expenses in ur account n make sure you’ve access to your portal.

I didn’t get this response on time so I went to the vfs website to see the requirements. All is as you stated except they mentioned consent form should be 1 copy and did not request for passport data pages and which was what I did. So, instead of writing my details on a plain sheet, I wrote it on a copy of my passport datapage. I forgot to fill the name and company name of the courrier service on the consent form. Hope it won’t be any issues. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it!

Put all the documents below in an envelope and send to:

Documents:
-2 duly signed consent forms.
-2 copies of passport data page
-Passport Request Letter
-Yellow biometric slip
-Receipt of payment of transmission fee
N9,410 (you will pay this fee if you didn't capture biometrics at Abuja VFS)

-A paper with your contact details: name, phone number, email address, home address.

Also note that you’ll have to pay vfs to deliver your passport to your desired location if you can’t pickup yourself in Abuja.

I applied for Canada visa and did biometrics in 2018 ,the visa was denied. I did a new application this year, bvl has been sent to me stating that my biometrics will expire by 2028. That if I wish to extend the validity of my visa or permit . I should pay and do a new biometrics. I also saw a visa number on the tracker.I am yet to receive ppr. I wish to extend the validity of my biometrics.How do I pay for only biometrics fee, without paying new visa fee?. I searched for link to pay for biometrics only, but I could not find any link. From my GCMS notes, the Visa Officer thought that we wanted to "Japa" as we applied that we were also travelling with our kids who were US citizens. This time we just told them we were going alone and leaving our kids behind then we opened a joint account and put our savings in the joint account. I would say that different VO different vices.
This time around a friend just wrote a letter and we didn't add anything like his PR card or work document like the previous application. and after that denial, i have also travelled to the uk, US and some African countries.
So who knows what worked this time!

I think it's usually with those who's been refused before , they wouldn't need to do due diligence the most of the time. They have most of the record, they would need to revisit and crosscheck.
Like my cousin been denied twice , the second time , the time frame elapsed for 28 days , unlike the first time, it was 53 days. Currently the new application been ongoing for 34 days and nothing been said. So I think it has to do with if you have been refused , the time span should be shorter, that's what I think.

Thanks bro … Actually she submitted a new passport with a swear in affidavit and a police report through webform sometimes April,2023 cos she misplaced the old one.. So she is actually waiting for a reflection of the one she submitted on the tracker but the old one still there.. Could that delay her PPR?
