Thank You Igbos For Thinking Home Now. by TokunboCarsOnly: 9:31pm On Jun 28, 2023 |
So just this evening, I met a friend who owns a plot of land in Enugu. According to him he said he already has the survey plan of the property in his name but that his friend who happens to be a councillor there just called him and told him to come home asap to perfect the remaining documents of his property if he hasn't done so. According to his friend, there is now purchase pressure on lands in the area by people from Lagos. I was happy to hear the news this evening. I am sincerely happy Igbo people are now thinking home. It is only a matter of time some over priced places will become a ghost town. 27 Likes 3 Shares |

Most comments here by my Yoruba brothers and sisters ricks of regret. Truth is bitter mehn... But It is too late to cry when the head is already off. Many of you still don't believe you are about to make the greatest mistake of your lives about Lagos. I personally will be living your Lagos with my family by the end of this year. I also have alot of SE and SS friends who have confinded in me of their intention to leave Lagos to their regions this year and some next year. So just keep the delusion coming. Very soon your 3bedroom flat will become 50k per annum, just dey play first. Play is allowed man. 13 Likes 2 Shares |

TokunboCarsOnly: This is what you always say each time you are defeated in an election. We all remember your ultimatum in 2015 when APC defeated the PDP your people hijacked from Jonathan. You set a 5year plan to relocate back to the East which elapsed in 2020, I wonder what you are still doing in the region you want to exit before 2020 in 2023 19 Likes 4 Shares |

paramakina202: Sitting at home where you are safe is much better than those who went out and were slaughtered by Boko haram, killer herdsmen and ISWAP But of course you guys dont care about that, you only remember that there is insecurity in Nigeria only if it is the South East 2 Likes 1 Share |
