Good coaches who are not in Mourinho class goes for technicality rather than physicality that Party, Caicedo and Casemiro will give you. It does not mean Casemiro and Partey are not good but they are not comfortable staying on the ball in the midfield just like Rodri, Cazorla, Fabregas, Xavi, Rice, Erikson at Tottenham and Toni Kroos.

....I stopped reading your post immediately i saw u saying Rice is a technical player...bros u fall hand....let me shock u the days of the Orthodox no6 is getting obsolete gradually and that's wat Rice is....people no prefer players who have physicality and can still player as "Registre" kind of midfielder ...someone who can do the "la pausa" and " la película" ...someone who is great with one touch football
