How can the FG stop the funding of professional body responsible for Regulation of practice?
It is the height of irresponsiblility!
It is like saying they wil stop finding of NJC or civil service commission etc
U remove subsidy and now shrinking your responsibility
What exactly do they want to do ?
They don't want to fund education, agriculture, economy, regulatory bodies, increase in taxation etc
This must be allowed

How Baba Buhari spent nearly a decade without even considering checking what these ‘organisations’ and ‘councils’ were up to, I don’t understand! They just kept allocating huge funds to them year in year out without any positive impacts on the economy… is that because most of these orgs are filled with Abokis with no knowledge of anything about what these organisations were set up to do?? President Tinubu is actually the man for the job, kudos to him on these actions since he got into office!

COREN will increase and exploits their members through unscrupulous, unsolicited homologous yearly dues. grin

The professional bodies are not innovative at all.
The worst of the professional bodies is NSE and COREN. Anyway, this is an eye opener for them to control activities of quackery in the system.

Advise your brothers who are bricklayers to desist from parading themselves as engineers in the building industries building shanties called houses.

I rest my case.

I will take them serious when they cut down politicians salary by half and remove all allowances they enjoy thereby making political seats unattractive

Even that half salary can feed 60-70 households comfortablely

Since it is a period of cutting cost and shielding excess weight, when will they cut their salaries and allowances?

When will they cut the previledges?

When will they cut aso rock budget?

When will they cut their bogus pension and previledges that go with it?

It's only a fraudulent government that would demand sacrifices from citizens without making more sacrifices for citizens and the nation.

I keep asking, will there ever be a time Nigerians will be having rest of mind.
Everyday is problem in Nigeria.
In many African countries, electricity is no longer an issue, but since the creation of Nigeria, constant electricity is one of the biggest problem.
Let's not decieve ourselves, Nigeria was never one country, it was as a result of the British selfishness that this china, Iran, Russia, USA, Israel was merged together to be called Nigeria.
The only way out will be secession.
Let everybody go Their ways and see how everything will go normal.
Such a myopic and linear way of thinking.

Even if this administration has not done anything meaningful to you, for once that fellow.has to applaud it for this.

To imagine that there are more people enjoying the subsidy than we can ever think of.

To imagine that past administrations have been doling out cash like this while lamenting the paucity of funds is sickening.

Las las, all Nigerians are the same.

They should stop funding of pilgrimage too...it is needless...doesn't make sense at all..the number of people they sponsor in every state, the money they use to sponsor them should be used to support farmers...motorable roads to farmlands, irrigation system and storage facilities
