To me, it's about the style of play and if the player fits in. Check the player's profile and attributes, does he fit into what you want from a CM? To me he does. And he's only 21. And those are the type of signings we want.

The only reason so many people have huge problems with this deal is, it's looking like he's the only midfielder we'll be bringing in this summer.

Then I flashback to matches like Newcastle away, in which we couldn't even hold the ball for sustainable period before we turn it over to the opposition. When it comes to ball retention, Mount instead of Eriksen is even worse no matter how positive you want to look at it.
