my reference to these groups of people is because they almost always hold themselves as moral beacons. you work with varying nationals, you know what I'm about.
it's not about sexual assault or anything in particular. it's just who they have been conditioned to be and there are exceptions of course.
the speck is always magnified in other people's eyes.

the BB fan channels hardly have a mind of their own. I see some of their game analysis on YT and it's mostly clowning at best.

You are just missing the point. I am not talking about game analysis or understanding of football. They are all based in the UK and that is a small sample size of how the match-going fans in the UK feel about the situation. There are whites and blacks who are pro-Greenwood and there are whites and blacks who are anti-Greenwood, and the division is definitely not along racial lines. The most clear-cut anti-Greenwood stance i have heard is from black Brit fan channels. And i disagree that they don't have a mind of their own. There is always conflict and discord on those channels whether they are right or wrong. They are usually anti-mainstream and some of them even beef themselves to the point of not talking to each other.

With regards to those specific players who don't want him back it is possible that most of them have left anyway. DDG, CR7, Rashford, and Pogba were the first to unfollow immediately he was arrested. Only Rashy is left and i suspect his was a PR move anyway. DDG it seems really felt strongly about it. CR7 likely did it as a PR move as well though he also had a personal beef with Greenwood.

The player issue is a minor thing anyway. The main challenge is the fan reaction. That audio recording was chilling.

got it.
as for specific players, I can understand Rashford's position. the guy was showing too much talent to legit steal his shine wink

what do you think of Mount and how he fits in? he's our player now.

Lol. I think Rashy’s own was more of PR. He will always distance himself from anything that can stain his white. The guy is targeting a knighthood by the time it’s all said and done.

I don’t have a ready explanation for Mason Mount but several people here have made some deductions.

1) ETH is not going to go extreme with possession like Pep or like he did at Ajax. My guess is he believes that extreme possession style will require too many changes in personnel. Just a guess.

2) Mount will be brought in to replace Eriksen in the starting line up. He is not as good a progressive passer but he is a much better progressive runner. He is faster, stronger, and less of a defensive liability than Eriksen and a very good presser.

3) Bruno will be fully pushed back into central midfield to play in the same level as Mount as two proper 8s with Casemiro as the 6.

The team will play more possession than Klopp and more vertically than Pep (or less vertically than Kopp and less possession than Pep). Some how in the middle between those 2.

This is my best guess from what others have said here.

yeah I'm thinking same. pretty much sum us up next season.
quicker transition more or less. Bruno and Mount as a double AM sort of.
let's see the calibre of GK and striker we bring in to be certain.
perhaps in the more difficult games, Bruno will drop in with Casemiro since he has the better long range passing. I still expect us to get another CM/DM hybrid player in.

it's said that Ten Hag has been after Mount since Adam. not sure why but again, he seem to be going after players he's had relationships with or a previous dossier on. this could point to a lack of trust in the scouts or some other thing fundamentally unstable in the club to put it mildly.
we need bodies in to keep up with the rest. this team needs help, Ten Hag will not perform magic.

The guy’s knowledge of other players in other leagues is limited. I think that one is clear now.

The good thing is that the club has tried in their own incompetent way to get him the players he wants.

The bad thing is that his view appears limited. Whether the scouts are not helping him ni or he is not listening to them ni (quite likely) only Ahura Mazda knows. He has a stubborn streak which can be both a positive and a negative.

outside this, the transfer budget bandied about is not feasible in today's market.
how much have Arsenal and City spent? these are guys that already have a better or more stable team. Arsenal under Arterta are at least three transfer windows ahead in their development and we are talking about spending £120m.

I think the club is just trying to minimise transfer fee. We can’t spend 120m when Assanal spent 100m on one player.

I prefer diogo Costa. I will never be convince by one match. Diogo Costa is more discipline than onana. Diogo is younger and can do any fucking thing onana can do perfectly and a better shot stopper than onana. Do you know how many mistake onana have done that let to a goal, passing to opponent in ajax. From degea to onana is like from frypan to real fire..
No one's judging Onana from one match. He's literally Ten Hag's former GK. Would even have gotten him last summer if he didn't already agree a deal in January.

And I don't know much about Costa apart from his performance in the world cup. And he was below average in the competition.

Btwn, whatever you said concerning Onana's performance can be said about Ederson, Allison or any fvcking ball playing GK. They'll make wrong passes once in a while but they're integral in the way the team plays just like Onana has proven to be.

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Blake755: 8:53am On Jul 03, 2023
♨️ David De Gea's contract has expired and he will officially be a free agent.
♨️Pep Guardiola has built an incredible team at Manchester City and he's done that with the help of a club who backs his decisions. You know what was one of his first decisions at City? Replacing Joe Hart with a new goalkeeper named Bravo before Ederson who has played and instrumental role in winning a boatload of trophies.
♨️What did Klopp do after Karius' error performance in the CL final? Went out and bought Allison for a world record fee. alongside Van Dijk transformed the club into a machine that has practically won every trophy.
♨️What did Arteta do before transforming Arsenal into runners up for the PL title from a team that couldn't even qualify for the Champions League? He went and bought Ramsdale. Everyone made the same joke about how he had back to back relegations under his belt. But Ramsdale's ability on the ball gave them a newer dimension in the build up phase and saw them dominate games more regularly.
♨️ There is more than enough case studies in modern day football to show you why it is crucial for your goalkeeper to be able to play with the ball at his feet and what a transformational effect it has. It is nearly impossible for teams to compete and win trophies without a ball playing keeper. That is not up for debate, it is a fact....

♨️The point I'm trying to make is that David De Gea is simply not good enough to be United's keeper anymore. Hasn't been for a while now. And he shouldn't get a pass just because he's a club legend.... Football is evolving, we should evolve as well.... Being Good is not enough....
♨️ You have to be ruthless to win trophies and not keeping De Gea at the club will show much needed ruthlessness from ten Hag that this club is finally moving in the right direction..... This is how Teams were built....

Yes. Hojlund will start while Vardy will deputize for him. I do not think Kane is at the right age so, I rather we sign a young striker and an experienced one who will not mind sitting on the bench. It must not be necessarily Vardy though.

I get you but the experienced striker shouldn’t be Vardy.

I think we should actually go the other way. We should sign an experienced striker to start and a young striker who wouldn’t mind sitting on the bench for now.

I don't mind however, I am conscious of the resources available to sign these players. Kane or any other too striker will go for over £100m and we talented young forward will cost between £40-50m. However, we can easily get a talented young striker and an experience striker for under £80m.

The same way oloriburku brazilian pocolee work with ten hag and came to flop in man u,
diogo costa is the first keeper to catch 3 penalties in a single match in champions league. I watch portuguese league very well, he is better than onana. Onana that you are talking about was sent off because of is indiscipline in worldcup. Onana that will pushing ball outside like ball dey hot him for hand, I trust premier league attackers, dem go score rebounce from man u tired

Your first statement is wrong. With time the focus on individual actions like that from the fans fades a bit. It is either fans get bored and move on to next target/scandal or some fans feel he has been punished enough and let him be. I am not saying there is no way he plays next season but that it might be a factor in the club's thinking.

With regards his mental strength, even though he might be 10 times tougher than Sancho he might be about to be targeted by fans in a way nobody has ever been targeted in the premier league, so we will see how he handles it if it eventually happens.

Another issue that might be tricky to navigate is that i have heard that several members of the United squad do not want him back.
Rashford in particular doesn’t like Greenwood lol
