If they don't need all that in their lives, it means they're still in stone age. Those things are basic necessities in any modern society.

Stone age wey dey rule una. Stone age wey una leaders dey worship whenever they go North.

Remember, an Almajiri is more important to Government than you. grin grin

You just dey envy the almighty North. You wish the East is like North. It will take the East over 50 years to catch-up with the North.

Over 80% of Federal Government work force are Northerners. And Federal Government spend over 70% of it's yearly budget on paying of salaries and welfare of it's workers. This means that, over 70% of every budget in this Country goes to Northerners pockets.

CBN, FIRS, EFCC, NIMASA, NNPC, DSS and all Juicy Agencies/ ministries are all Northerners. Na jealousy dey worry una, cause this Country dey our pocket.

Do you know how many Northerners own Oil Wells in the South South and South East? Over 70% of the Oil Wells in Nigeria belong to Northerners. Have you been to the North?

Lol, last time the figures was released, Imo State has the highest number of federal government workers.

As for the nepotism you're celebrating, Tinubu is already reversing it. It's only a matter of time before all those incompetent abokis are replaced. Same with the oil blocks you used military to allocate to yourselves.

Lol, since the last Kaduna riots, Igbos thought you guys that no one has monopoly of violence. I was in Aba then and I couldn't eat suya or any meat again for sometime. The entire city was smelling as if there was massive barbecue of goats. Piles of charred remains littered everywhere. Same thing happened in Onitsha too and that was why your brothers relocated to Asaba.

Ask questions.

See this one. Have you ever heard any Igbo man make noice in the almighty North? grin grin
Na only for Lagos una fit talk.

Buhari ruled for 8 years yet Katsina and the rest of North has remained the most wretched region of the world.

Lol, the East is actually light years ahead of North in virtually every indices of development. It's the North that will forever play catch-up with East, not the other way round.

Extreme poverty.
Infant mortality.
Maternal mortality.
VVF prevalence.
Illitracy.
Insecurity.
Diseases.
Malnutrition etc.

These are the things North is synonymous with, so why should anyone envy such backwardness?

Let me now expose them. My brother, have you ever seen any Hausa dominated settlement in the South that is beautiful? The ama awusa at Douglas road Owerri is the dirtiest part of town. Always smelling, putrid gutters and shanties/small shops everywhere. It has been like this since 1970. Same story with all their settlements be it in Aba, Benin, P.H, Lagos, Asaba etc. Same thing with Yorubas. If it's Igbos, you will see them building plazas, super markets, hotels, fast foods and duplexes in their settlements. These people can comfortably live in very filthy environment for ages! Unlike people of SE and SS that live in decent environment.

The undergraduates you're talking about are part of the ruling class.

The North doesn't have a lot of good arable soil for agriculture which is why they over rely on imported fertiliser.

The ordinary northerner is already used to suffering which is why they make up 95% of street beggars in all major cities in Nigeria. For those ones, every day is Ramadan because they go hungry most of the time.

For most these poor Northerners nothing will really change.

Who told you IGBO people don't do beging? Come to Benin, Asaba, Warri and PH. Most of the begers are from East. Funny enough, they are usually fake begers, who disguise themselves as cripple or blind person's grin grin

Do you know that, Lagos State Government ones deport over 70 IGBO begers from Lagos to Onitsha?

Don't worry about North, North is fine ok.
Think and worry about your region, even if power don't return to the north in the next 50yrs, North would still be fine.

Petrol is 530 here not 700. Food is cheap in the North, house rent is cheap, transport fare is cheap to compare with other regions, the average northerner is contented with the little he has and let's nothing worry him. The north has more than a thousand billionaires in dollars not naira, forget Forbes listing just Dangote & Abdulsalmad Rabiu as the only dollar billionaires.

North is heavily diversifying into production.
POP Cola, beverages is giving coca-cola a-run-for-their-money here in the North.
Aspira company has given PZ a-run-for-their-money, PZ has anounced they would quit production of toiletries. google about POP beverages and Apira company to learn more about North diversifying to production, there's many more companies here that I can't immediately name them all.
Lies.

Stop talking rubbish. That one Igbo woman buys honey from you doesn't mean others get supply from the North. My wife buys from her friend who gets her order from Nsukka.

Most of the foodstuff you claim comes from North actually comes from Middle belt.

Are you aware that trailers are always moving palm oil, plantain, bananas and other rain forest produce from the East? More pineapples are grown in the South than the sahel North.

Stop talking about raw materials because no nation has ever become wealthy from selling raw materials.

Meanwhile, NAFDAC should close down that filthy environment you're producing honey. How can you be using such dirty buckets to store honey? Do you want to poison your customers or what?

Trash.
We no dey chest beat. I just told you with pictorial proof. We dey feed the East. Without the North, the EAST will be no more.

What the OP said is the sad reality. I know the North very well,
and can counter whatever you posted with pure facts, no insult.
(1) The part of the North that will be affected most by the post subsidy conditions will be the North West( which you happen to come from) because most food basket of the North are in the NE and NC.

(2) Kaduna and Kano have high cost of living compared to some states in the South, but most people tend to believe otherwise until they experience it both ways.( I can prove it if you press further).

(3) The Northern diversification to production that you talked about, POP cola that you mentioned is owned by Mahmuda a Lebanese and Aspira is owned by Mr Lee a Chinese in Kano, most indigenous companies are struggling to survive in Kano because of logistical, multiple taxation, high rental cost and other factors( the only cheaper thing compared to the South is the Labour)

So my dear forget about the needless comparison the North will surely feel the crunch of this vital hardship the more, all they need to do is to buckle up and try to find a way to swim against the tide.
It shall be well.
I appreciate your annalises.

The East wey Igbo no fit stay? The land is barren. Nothing good comes from there. Even Igbo People are leaving on daily basis.

It's only the East that contribute ZERO to the Economy. That's why Federal Government no care about una sit at home. The Government is achieving nothing from Igbo land.

We just dey feed una for nothing. A parasite Region. grin grin
So you know, the North contribute over 40% to the Economy. Through Agriculture alone.

All these companies you mentioned came up under Buhari POP and co. Their survival was due to Buhari political patronage by the time that dries up, you will see scores

The health care system in the North is 101% better than that, of the East. You can't compare both.

Tinubu, Obi and Atiku are all capitalists

I wonder why somebody named proeast who you'd think would be concerned about the east, would be disturbing himself about the North

Easterners should be more concerned about their region surviving Tinubu, all these tactics won't make Northerners revolt against Tinubu...if there'll be a revolt, it won't be through your prompting

Relax and watch North be alright
