A gas plant is just as volatile as a refinery. At least this is offshore, any explosion won’t affect residents. That Lagos refinery shouldn’t be in a densely packed population like Lagos.

Akwa Ibom has two onshore gas companies; Frontier oil and Savannah Energy PLC... Go and verify.they supply gas to Cross Rivers State, they supply gas to Ibom power plant, Rivers State, Abia and other companies

If Biafra had happen the Efik and Ibibios (calabar people) would have been stateless or purged like the Rohingya or Jews or become second class with Igbo dominating everything. Look at what Nigeria it fair to all it children even though some or most cannot see that. My best friend in Primary School (Aresther Divine in Lagos) was a calabar girl and when I was in JSS1 she was always coming to my school (Gbolahan) to see me, if I have not left the Federation she would have been my wife today (Single BTW). My Grandmother (she passed away over a year ago) who was a Urhobo woman from Delta State despised Ojukwu and also speak ill of him (she told me about the war). The Federal Government was smart to make the Edos, Urhobos, Izons, Itsekiris, Isokos have their own states in close proximity to keep the Igbos in check. To be fair the Igbos I have met hated the Edos most especially.

Note: I am sorry if this is trying to start a crazy fight on the forum but I mean no offence and I am pro-Nigeria and neutral. My neighbours when I was a little child living in Cobham Street in Ajao Estate (They lived with us) were Igbos.
