I know what will be said here might not really cheer you up, but this is just a phase. Sincerely speaking from my heart, it’s just a phase. You will get what you have been waiting on God for. It will even supersede your wildest dreams. At that point, you might even wish you had many rejection stories to tell just so the success story is sweeter and more rewarding. Don’t lose hope. God is alive and aware. Just put in the effort and trust in him.

It's really heartbroken when I see this type of articles from graduates.

The thing is you can't comfort yourself forever.
The unemployment rate in nigeria is too much and coupled with such rejection makes all hope lost.

You last resort is to use a little capital to learn a high income skills like;

Social media marketing.
Copywriting.
Web designing.
Programming and so on.

This type of skills are on high demand and you can work remotely and build an online presence with this skills.

Or even if you don't have much capital, use your smartphone with little capital and learn an online business especially Affiliate marketing where you recommend experts information products to people who need it and get paid a commission for each sale you make.

Through this business model you will also learn high income skills like

Digital marketing.

Web designing, landing page creation, paid advertisment and so on which will help you build your own business or brand online, render this skills as service to businesses and get paid for it.

There are whole lot of opportunities online.

On Monday, I received a rejection mail from automobile company where I applied for a marketing role. On Tuesday, I received another one from a production factory.

Now I just returned from another job hunting only to open my mail and saw another rejection mail. This very one pain me most because I had high hope on it and i have spent so much on it too. During the second stage of the interview, I can remember how I waited from 8am till 5pm just to see 'Oga', and after seeing him, I began to walk my way home and got home late. I know i'm sounding sentimental here but it's so annoying that i went through all that 'ontop empty belle' and at the end, I wasnt offered the job.

Very very painful and morale killing.

I feel so bad right now.

Feels like the world has crashed.

Feels like everything has finished.

Feels like everything has ended.

Feels like more hunger for me ahead ahead.

you don't need to comfort yourself. Just try to know why u were rejected and seal the linkage for the next interview.
You are even lucky to have three interview some people don't even get a call meaning u have more hope.

Take it from someone who was the only person interviewed and still got rejected, you gon smile soon. I got called to resume the day I was told I'd resume at the other place, by a firm I don't remember applying to till date. I lost count of CVS I sent out and rejection mails too

It's a phase and this too shall pass.
Remember there was a time it seemed passing common entrance exam was the hardest thing in life?
But you passed.
Then came Junior Waec and Waec and Jamb... yet you passed.
Then it seemed Graduating from Uni was the toughest thing... Fast forward all that and here you are, you did it onem.
That's how it will be when you look back at this phase later once you've scaled through.

Some times these things just help test our tenacity and bring out or strengths to see what we can make out of challenges.

My suggestion.
1. Keep pushing.
2. Keep praying.
3. It would also help if you added your qualification to this write-up, your employer could be on NL. You don't have to include much of your personal details.
4. While hunting for jobs, you can also consider other things to keep your juice and creativity up: Church activities, NGO activities, Build a skill, Widen your horizon in this Internet/Social Media Age there are more opportunities.

So every failure is caused by village people?

I will share with you how I overcame mine years back.

I saw every rejection as a step closer to the breakthrough.. That way, I channelled all the hurt, rejection, disappointment, energy etc into the next hunt until God did it.

Sounds easy but hard, you must be your biggest cheerleader... Its okay to be down after a rejection mail but pickup positive things from the experience and move on to next.

I will reply every rejection mail gracefully and wish them all the best in the hiring process...

Don't give up.. You are much closer to that door than you think.
