I can bet it's because of the din they created. It's usually the gorilla and chimpanzee calls and grunts, the chest beating, that they are prone to when they gather with alcohol in their midst.

Since the emergence of one particular presidential candidate tribal attack has taken over every thread on nairaland whatsoever it passes across.

The hotel managers complained of overcrowding by the Igbo community but the organisers said they paid for the venue without the hotel telling them they should limit themselves to a particular number.
To have such crowd really shows Igbo unity in America

Even night clubs and bars have limits backed by regulations. Ignorance is not an excuse.

There is no way the person who organized this paid 92k. That person is a thief and probably embezzled half of the money. Make dem do their investigation.
They lie too much. That amount is enough for the down payment of a nice 4 bdroom duplex in the US.

The Civilian Governor Of Kwara is Yoruba

He can remove the Traditional Rulers that misbehave

All Civilian Governors of Kwara have been Yorubas

But who owns kwara in reality? Satan seems to be your truth here.

Ilorin is just a city out of many cities and town in kwara, ofa, idofian, and the rest has obas and they are govern by yoruba tradition and culture, the werey igbo people doesn't know this, but we must educate them.
Obi supporters thinks kwara is just ilorin.
And who and where is the oba of ilorin ?...mr land owner.

We are not talking about population, we are talking about the real owners of Kwara state, who run kwara state.

Stop dragging the name of Christ into your mess. No true Christian involves in the kind of atrocities you commit in here on daily basis.

I don't go tribalistic.
If the igbos had acted differently and hide their bias towards Fulanis and Yorubas, all these nonsense wouldn't have happened.

The fulanis didn't reply the igbos even though u were insulting them daily cos insults is not part of their culture.
But the Yorubas didn't swallow the pills and that is the cause of all these things
I know you are not naturally a tribalist but it seems Nairaland has successfully turned you into a closet tribalist even by the manner you are mentioning which tribe insulted what tribe🤔
I am not trying to insult you in anyway but to point out what this site is doing to many of us unintentionally

The Igbos dont get it good anywhere here in their native land (FYI: Igbos are the only of the big three tribes that lived in what became Nigeria; the Yorubas were also in what became Dahomey/Benin Republic, and the Hausas were also in what became Niger Republic- interesting enough those two countries which borders the Federation are now de factor puppet states to Nigeria) or anywhere in the world.

They are envying them because of their success.
America is a country with the rule of Law. If they did not commit any offence and they were shut down in the middle of the event they can go to court. Don't just judge by listening to one side. Are are saying they are marginalized again? I know various communities having there events at various hotel in America and never shut down. I believe there must be a reason for these action. Which success are you talking about? Or are you saying they are more successful than other migrants in America?

I am not tribalistic but this igbo people wahala is too much. One minute they want biafra the next minutes they want a position in the presidential cabinet. That was why I asked if it was biafra or Nigeria they want to make better.

All the Igbos fled Lagos and the SW without anyone pursuing them

After about 6 weeks the bravest ones resurfaced in Lagos and told all their neighbors and friends how Hunger in the SE had driven them back t

Ask your Parents about it

Let's hear from the management of the hotel first
These people and lies are like 5 and six.
Hear him saying they are rejected at home and abroad.
At home it's them that reject others while everyone tolerates them. At abroad they use our passports but called our country a contraption.
