My worry is the OS for the combined company. When savannah shareholders were integrated into Dangsugar, the OS increased and not much for dividend. I still wondering how Nascon shareholders will be integrated without increasing the OS for the resultant company.

Nascon OS - 2.6bln

DangSugar OS - 12.1bln

BuaFoods OS - 18bln

The resultant company will probably have same OS as BuaFoods but share price might not correspond given that Rabiu has more shares control than Alhaji has in Sugar.

Again, the market will always do its thing with regards to price in the end.

The outstanding shares will increase to between 14 billion and 14.5 billion

I don't see that happening. Alhaj is so attached to that his sugar. He will prefer it growing into fat cash cow like the cement after his backwards integration strategy .Which I see happening in few yrs to come

I didn't buy CUTIX for gambles like I said... I have my reasons for investing there since 2021... I just did a heavier top-up this year... As for the two stocks you talked about I know them already and I'm in them too

My calculation from the 2022 financials: N20.6 valuation, 37% ROE, 48% Div pay ratio, 11.24 PE, and 30.2% equity growth. It may move higher on sentiments sha. Thanks.
