there is one difference - woodberry is being deported back to nigeria. there are very few systems in place to audit or track him in nigeria. if he was an american citizen, he would be severely limited in what he could do.

it is possible he has money stashed somewhere, but there is no guarantee what can happen in 8 years. 8 years is a long long time.
