I think by the account of Olanipekun the Tinubu's lawyer, it is clear that the Tribunal will rule in the favour of PBAT.

1. He did not claim Tinubu scored 25% in FCT. 2. The authenticity of any election is based on the result collated at the polling units, irrespective of how that is transmitted. Both Atiku and Obi never disapproved or challenged the PU results but their primary contention was that INEC failed to transmit electronically. 3. Also both Atiku and Obi never proved that the forfeiture of the $460k was based on criminal enterprise or posited that it was a fine. 4. Constitutionally FCT is treated as 37th state with no special preference or treatment so it is not mandatory a president score 25% in FCT as already ruled by Supreme Court in the past. 5. All the witnesses called by Obi and Atiku could not prove anything as to why the election should be cancelled or rerun.

100 % a lie! There will be no negative impact nullifying Bola Tinubu election. None whatsoever. My reason was Bola Tinubu got 19% in Abuja Instead 25% required. That was the ground for an appeal.

So,I am anxiously waiting for runoff election between Bola Tinubu and Artiku Abubakar. The winner in runoff election will unify Nigeria and end further doubt who Nigeria president is. I Can't wait!

You are very right. Let the law take its cause and that definitely will mean that the Tribunal will rule in favour of Tinubu because they will judge sensibly. They will not cancel an entire election becuaee a candidate didn't get 25% in FCT.

Olanipekun is right. Abuja does not have any special status or preference and it is treated like a 37th state. So, Tinubu didn't have to score 25% in FCT to be president and that is why Olanipekun feels that Tribunal ruling against Tinubu in that regard will cause chaos. From what I have read in Olanipekun's address the Tribunal will rule in favour of Tinubu.
