I have come to understand that the problem of Nigeria is not hausa or fulani people but it is yoruba tribe, this tribe is demonic in nature. Yoruba tribe is the worse tribe u can do business with or trust. Their yes is always No and their No is always Yes. They call black white while white black. May God save me from yoruba tribe. They front hause-fulani in nigeria politics why they are the ones benefiting form it. I have come to understand that is better to dinne and wine with devil than yoruba tribe . Lol first of all, i have nothing to prove. My name is not Tinubu and i don't work for INEC.

Second of all why are you commenting on the case then asking me to wait for the Court? You opened up the discussion ma.

Thirdly you must understand that there is what we call the presumption of administrative regularity, which means INEC and Tinubu's position is viewed by default to be correct, and the burden of proving a case here lies on Obi and Atiku.

Tinubu doesn't need to prove much to win. That's legal reality.

Talking some minor league bullshyte. . . . Viewed by what default? When INEC cannot explain how they glitched the presidential elections after conniving with APC to dupe Nigerians?

We can still comment while we wait for the constitution to tell us how a drug-dealer and a certificate forging geriatric tout became “predidiot” of Nigeria.

Nonsense!

A lot of Obidients thrive on conspiracy theories, lies and misinformation. Unfortunately, many unscrupulous elements are feeding on these weaknesses to grow their social media and YouTube following e.g. NedMedia.

We have been telling them that Obi didn't prove anything in court for the court to rule in his favor. He has not been able to show the court the number of votes that he was deprived of, the number of votes to be subtracted from Tinubu's and/or Atiku's votes. He has also not shown how the non-transmission of the votes to electronically has affected him. If you are familiar with court judgements about elections in Nigeria, you would know that these are usually the things judges base their decisions on.

I can bet with everything I have in this world that the court will not deliver victory for Obi, maybe a rerun at best. The very intelligent ones among the Obidients know this and that is why they are looking into disqualifying Tinubu based on other technicalities like the so called Shettima double nomination and so on.

Obi lawyers knew he doesn't have the figures that's why they dwelled more on disqualifications.

I've told those of them that "still have ears" that the onus to prove local councils by local councils results, state by state results, where your figures were removed and added to Tinubu, or any ward or local councils votes that were not added to your figures, and your total figures vis a vis Tinubu and Atiku figures probably in a Tabular Format.

This is what is required of a serious petitioner to show the Court and pray the Court to believe and accept your Tabulated Results as the true position of what transpired on 25th Feb.

Obi lawyers, in my view throughout the sitting of the Tribunal, failed to fulfill this obligation.

When he brought a Prof of Maths, I thought he would do that like Prof Chike Obi in the 1979 election tribunal between late Chief Obafemi Awolowo (UPN) vs late Alh Shehu Shagari (NPN). I was in primary school then, we didn't have TV but we had a Radio.

Though obidients may not agree with me, I'm not the judge but I only shared my observations of what I know.

No hatred please.

INEC address is actually empty. See how they were struggling to defend falsehood.

A criminal overseas is not a criminal in Nigeria since the crime was committed overseas ?. Can you just imagine what this people are saying.
Just imagine grin grin grin

25% FCT also means nothing to INEC.

Even in the address they still can't explain what caused the glitch and how it was restored. Completely Nonesense from confused institution of public trust.

Terrible sad sad

now if you were an unbiased judge how would you decide this case there are two sides here obi needs to prove he won, and inec needs to prove that it wasn't compromised, how would you factor in the fact that in rivers state and other states where it was obvious that it was rigged for the apc even BBC reported on it yet inec validated the rigged result for tinubu, how would you also rule knowing fully well that the presidential and national assembly elections were conducted the same day yet the presidential elections weren't uploaded, inec claims glitches yet they weren't able to explain the glitch that allowed only national assembly elections to be uploaded, even when issues were raised inec still went ahead and declare a winner, if you are doing a calculation and you notice an error won't you stop and review this errors, inec never cared which is obvious it wasn't concerned about the accuracy of the vote cast, obi's petition may or may not be enough to declare him the winner, but it is more that enough to annul the election, this is not even about weather you are obidient or batified

The Tribunal is for Obi to bring proof of irregularities, he brought proof that there were blurred pictures in IREV which isn't enough because there are paper copies of those same results available.

That there were no glitches in other elections, that someone decided to manually bring the INEC cloud server down, none of these prove Obi won or President Tinubu compromised the elections.

This is a Presidential Tribunal requiring a high level of proof to overturn the results or to declare a rerun should occur due to an annulment.

You say it was obvious that there was rigging on Rivers and elsewhere, in a court of law, if you are unable to prove your allegations, they didn't exist.

I agree with you on one thing, this is not about who you support.

We should all be pushing for INEC to conduct a review, hopefully by an external organisation, as to why their Server on the AWS cloud went down when it did.

Political party INEC is dumb.

With all the compelling evidences of over voting, blurred results and actual results poured out by the super intelligent legal team of Podatti, shameless , disgraceful , fraudulent and disgusting yakubu inec alongside hired political propaganda medium , premium times are still vomitting saliva.
you and your Mumu Obi are the fool here. Instead of Obi to bring all his LP agents across the polling unit as evidence by collecting the signed document and tender it to the court, as primary data evidence, the are busy waiting for bias, irv and poke nosing into APC party affairs.
Out of 36 and FCt ,they could manage to bring two state with watery evidence at that. Foolish people.
If I happen to be the Judge, I will sentence Obi to 10 years in prison for wasting my time and pay $1b to Tinubu for defamation of character.

You could have said why the AWS server selectively went down for the Presidential results transmission, remember the Senate and House of assembly results were actually transmitted real-time with same BIVAS machine. So it didn't go down. It selected only the Presidential results.

Sir, he only provided copies of blurred INEC forms that he got from IREV. There was zero proof of manipulation from him.

His argument boiled down to "Yakubu said he'll use IREV, IREV has a lot of blurred images, make me President or let's do the elections again" .

Of course the fact that a more reliable paper based calculation happened was not good enough for him because he didn't win.

He and his lawyers did the typical Naija thing of grandstanding, all style and no substance.

Whilst no one is doubting there is an element of incompetence in how INEC have conducted themselves in part during the last elections, is it the same Peter Obi that cannot prove he won an election but wants to be declared winner, from 3rd place even, that we now want to be hailing.

Wether Peter Obi came 3rd or 40th, the fact remains that Tinubu didn't meet the requirements to be declared president, and his presidency shall be Nullified by the Judiciary if everything is squared.

Nobody has a prove that he won that election, because nobody met the requirements.

That's why Bro is threatening Anarchy.
