Damn nice save from Earps!! The shot lacked verve tho. The Haitian goalie showing Earps that she's not the only one who can make saves too...Lol Love it... |

mostob:I think we need to realize that football in clubs and in National Teams are usually worlds apart. Even the great Messi at some point when he was winning those awards in Barca still struggled to replicate the same form for Argentina. His fortunes and form there only changed recently. Oshoala didn’t win 5 CAF best by mistake, she is quality and she deserves to start cus we all know what she is capable of. Everyone complains how the SF team is under Waldrum but we easily blame players at the same time. Let’s pick a side |

codemaniacs:I laugh. I really do. Anyone who wishes to use Pedri and Gavi (A generational talent and another one not too far off) as the benchmark is only trying to punish themselves. The fact that other youngsters start for their teams doesn’t mean ours should too. They’ll earn it and will play when their time comes. Are our own youngsters as damn good as those you mentioned? |

Staked a fortune on the Three Lionesses to score over 2.5. I'm done with international matches: Male or Female. Every four years National Teams return or appear for the first time to cause heart-wrecking upsets 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Club football is more predictable and consistent. |

codemaniacs:Oga... so who do you want Ajakaiye and co to displace in the squad? |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by mostob(m): 1:08pm On Jul 22, 2023 |
ThePresenceWtf:It was so evident the discussion flew over your head. We're talking of inconsistency, you turned it to racism. |

PDPGuy:I agree bro. In short, we should try a fluid front 3 |

mostob:It's not about displacing anyone. That's the wrong word to use and it explains your line of reasoning besides Oparanozie and Ordega can make way for them. Super Falcons needs younger players. It's about them coming on as substitutes or even starting. Ajakaye/gift Monday/kanu/Sebastian/Toni Payne would have done better than Onumonu just because they have the speed. Anytime Onumonu had space to run and lead counter attack the Canadian defenders always catch up to her in like 2-3 seconds. |

| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by BankyGee(m): 1:30pm On Jul 22, 2023 |
codemaniacs:Whereas Ajakaye could cause big problems I'm situations like that with her incredible speed and agility... I think she should have been included too... |

| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by codemaniacs: 1:37pm On Jul 22, 2023 |
BankyGee:I had to look at the SF squad for the World Cup and Gift Monday, Kanu and Toni Payne are all speedsters so it's Randy Waldrum's favoritism for Onumonu that's affecting the SF attack.. I hope Onumonu scores at least a goal because if Oparanozie had the opportunity she had on target I'm 96% sure she would have scored because she has powerful shots only problem is that I think she's slower than Onumonu. |

mostob:Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 5:35am On Jul 21 FIFA and their implicit RACISM. The girl that stumped on Ohale should have been redcarded. That stump was so late, it came in yesterday. But because she was white, not even a yellow card. I knew there was a racist intent when there was NO African on the VAR team. And I was proven right. CAF must insist on having an African on the VAR team whenever an African team plays. This is not even fully anymore. Racist bastards! Your intellectual dishonesty is very nauseating!! and one more thing, try not being obtuse! |

Oh, wow! But it wasn't for the very obvious FACT that Okobi is old and simply does not have the kind of energy that a Jennifer Echegini or Debbie Abiodun Also, the last time I checked, Okobi was a midfielder, not a forward. But hey, what do I know. yinkeys: |

Oshoala doesn't have any trickery, she's very direct when she put the ball down she want to beat you with her pace and that's all PDPGuy: |
