Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I’d like to ask is it possible for a dependant to go before the Main applicant to sort/arrange housing before arrival of the main applicant and two other children.

u claim your monthly income is 400,000 and spend 150,000 ,your disposable income is now 250,00 monthly ,if you plan to spend 1.5M which is 1,500 pounds equivalent on a 10days visit and your balance is 3.2M ,how will you spend half of your savings on this visit and 1.5M is about your 6months disposable income ,is this your first visit to UK or a regular visitor?
It’s my first visit

Call them. They’re the sneakiest set of people ever. I paid for priority, they didn’t say anything until I called them, that was when they sent an email requesting more document.

Understood, but how can I prove to them at POE that it is for the best for my family because we can’t be hanging around at hotels etc., it’s best we have a place so my wife can shop our stuffs to the address.

Also my wife isn’t a Nigerian National, hence why I’m thinking of going first to sort all the housing and school related issues.

If you did biometrics on 24th July it couldn't have been "transferred to VAC". Check properly; it should be "transferred to DMC"

Then wait until you receive a collection mail. Definitely you were not refused. The two posibilities are: you are granted, in what I will call one of the greatest miracles since the UK began to use VAC. Or your application was returned. I have seen a case of returned application before. Fingers crossed. Pls get back here when you receive the decision.

how does a dependent want to enter before the main applicant? You are dependent and not the main visa holder.

I did my biometric 13th July, my wife and I, the waiting is getting on my nerves
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Blessedsteph: 11:02pm On Jul 27, 2023
Is it visit visa?
This isn’t a good time for anyone to apply for visit visas due to the number of student visas ukvi is processing for September start date.
Heard the delays are crazy.
Even priority visas are affected.
