The company has potential. I think when agro-allied and oil & gas sectors come onboard, it will definitely add more value to the company. These two have been a liability to the company and they should do everything to make them a revenue generating subsidiary. If the price gets to that level, I will buy it the more.

Impairment is not strong enough to capsize the sailing vessel of Transcorp.
The growth trajectory should be commendable.
Energy sales and anxilary SVC contributions is doubled Q2 2022 vs 2023.
The power unit 💪 is powering the cash flow at the appropriate time, the 45% equity in OML 17 will turn to an income stream for the group. This will activate the organic growth phase of Mr Transcorp.

Others would focus on a company that grew EPS by almost 50% per year and the potential for future growth, putting the unpredictable Nigeria economy into consideration, 14kobo a year ago to 28kobo is commendable.
The untapped gold seen by Otedola is still there, with another Q3 2023 stellar performance, investors will struggle to board Transcorp plc at sub N5.
Growth + Value =Transcorp plc.

You need to fight them with strong words, insist and stand your ground.
Tell them you did not sign such a contract with them, and that you have paid them all the due commissions in the course of domicilling the account with the resident(active)broker.
There is no law that says , you must pay for transferring your account. It is all about discretionary reap off which you can fight. I am not and would never be gentle with financial institutions. All they are after is reaping you off.

If possible, copy SEC and FCCPC in your letter.
