Reference letters are meant to address specific concerns about study gaps

Besides you should be able to explain your source of POF if the ECO enquires regardless of whether your letter states so or not

Regarding student visa application, is it out of place if I include, as part of my documents 1. Local govt identification certificate. And 2. Birth certificate.

Which added service is available at the UK visa centre that enable an applicant not choose an appointment date but just walk in any day for biometric? What's the cost too?

Please I need your help. I am applying for student visa. I am married and I have a child. I am applying alone, my family will join me later. There is a place in the visa application where they asked if I have anybody that depend on me financially. Should I pick yes or no?. Bearing in mind that my POF only shows funds that cover my living expenses and tuition fees. Should I say I have someone who depend on me financially or not?.

Hello everyone, I have been having issues paying IHS fee for my last daughter. I was able to pay for everyone else(4 of us) using my GTB dollar card but hers kept on declining. I have reached out to the bank severally but they kept saying the error isn't from them. Please has anyone else experienced this and how were you able to solve it? It's quite tiring and exhausting! Yes she was charged IHS, $940.

mine is 2 wks now. Please anybody with advice pls share

They refunded me within 8 days.

Just cancel the application and select refund.

The refund will be to the same card you were debited, note they may not send you refund message. Kindly check your balance always.

Write reason for cancellation, if you did it before biometric, you will get refund within 28 days according to their service level agreement.

The challenge I have now with the TLS ikeja, I applied for refund same day with ukvi they have not said anything since that day.

If you're heading to school in the UK, avoid Teesside Uni except you want to stay months without a job / you're comfortable with being in survival mode

Fees are quite expensive now and it's a no brainer when you won't get jobs to pay school fees
