It wasn’t even a real tackle. Rodrygo dribbled him and instead of tracking him he just pushed the guy into Mainoo’s legs. It’s the latest of clumsy challenges since last season. For an experienced guy he cops a lot of unnecessary cards.

Martinez actually went in for a tackle which stopped Bellingham’s momentum. There’s no way he’d have fallen into anyone’s legs.
