Dilapidated refineries indeed! My advice is that government can not manage such establishment due to sabotage of our brothers and sisters working there. I do not support government repairing dilapidated refineries than to sell it to investors. I assure you if government spend #500 trillion on our refineries, it may not work and amounting to wastage of funds.
