Eggs have not tasted better ever since i discovered you dont need bitter tasting oil to cook eggs.
People dont line thier bread with oil to eat bread, they use butter, cause it tatse better.

That is why egg cooked in a small amount of butter tastes so much better.
It means you have to cook the eggs at low heat else the butter will burn and tasts bitter.

And if you have some cheese sprinkle some in the eggs befor cooking it so that cheese and egg go in pan at same time.

you wont believe it. Cooking low heat makes food taste much better, cause nothing is burnt.

I have never cooked egg in oil for years.

The back of this yam is somehow smooth and light. I was told to always go for yams with rough and thick back , they are always soft and yummy when cooked.
