Here is my theory of what happened.
The lady visited the guy for a sex rump.
She feel ill and died.
The guy panicked, turned off the lady's phone and thought of a way to dispose of the body.
He decided he was going to cut off the body parts in bits so he could dispose of the body without him getting caught.
He cut the hands and legs with the intention of disposing the other parts.
He poured hot water to reduce the stench of a decaying flesh.
He couldn't pull through, then got caught.
