Deltamani:
Ifeoma Onumonu Speaks

The day after Nigeria came so close to reaching the quarter-finals, we start the day with Ifeoma Onumonu's words, as we truly need to start doing better by our WNTs, Afrique. The players are doing their part; meet them halfway if not full way:

“In Nigeria, we don’t have access to much. Our training fields aren’t great. Where we sleep isn’t great. Sometimes we share beds.

“It’s not good enough. In terms of recovery, we don’t have much of any of that. We don’t have access to a gym in camp in Nigeria.

“There’s a lot that needs to be done. Hopefully, more people start to talk about it. Coming here it’s hard to adjust. We do what we can because we love playing for our country but hopefully they make it easier for us to do our best.”
If the NFF have people who are thinking, this is the best time to market the super Falcons. This one that many brands are "famzying" the falcons, go out and get great deals and treat these ladies right.

The hotel they camp them in Abuja is an eyesore. They need to start treating these ladies better.

England and Chelsea James issues public apology to Alozie

England's and Chelsea player Lauren James has apologised to Nigeria's Michelle Alozie for her red inhumane action against her in yesterday's round 16 clash between the two countries, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.

James stepped on Alozie in the 85th minutes of the intensed contest and was originally cautioned by the referee. The decision was however overturned following VAR's intervention as she was sent off.

She has since then come under fire from football lovers across the globe which led her to turning off comments section in her twitter page.

The British this afternoon made a public apology to the Nigerian stating she's learnt from her mistake.

England despite playing more than 35 minutes of the game a player less held Nigeria to a goaless draw before securing a quarter-final spot via penalty shootout which they won 4-2.

Na Franny Ordega own pain me pass….. I literally spoke out while I was watching the Match that she should never come close to the National Team… She’s done for good..

The likes of Perpetual Nkwocha, Stella Mbachu got better with age and at 32+ they were still starting games for Club and Country and still delivering at top level…
Onome Ebi, Fransisca Ordega, Desire Oparanozie and Co should humbly goo…
We no longer need their Experience, Osinachi Ohale, Halimatu Ayinde and Asisat Oshoala is there to offer the experience..

If you like explain tire, some people still won't appreciate it. To them, we have the best team in the world and should be outplaying everybody.

lovewins is right.. England was completely outclassed..

if S.F could play possession football it would have been very obvious that England were outclassed and outplayed.

even the commentators were scared.. I could hear one of them tapping their feet and hitting their table repeatedly..
Please quantify "Outclassed".

she can run with the ball and that was needed against England but the coaches decided to bring on Ordega and Oparanozie thinking they will step up but they turned to ghosts..
Yes, only to be dispossessed after waste of energy and yardage. I guess it is called useless style of football.

We should want a fair playing field. What u are saying is the equivalent of blaming a r@pe on a woman's dress choice. I don't care if we missed 5000 chances, call the game fair and down the middle. We are not asking for hand outs.
The inferior mentality worn by Africans cannot allow them to raise such legitimate issue at FIFA. Instead, Africans will hail the meaningless taking of idiotic knee.

both of them knew what they were doing. James couldn't perform effectively because alozie was onto her. Against China she scored three and assisted three
