Is it not obvious, that you are qualified?
Whytelyon:
One quick question I would like to ask right out of the bat.
I am currently on admission, on a DLI, and the Course duration is 2 years

And this is written on IRCC website

"If you start your program of study before 31 August 2023, to be eligible for PGWP, your program must be 8 months or 900 hours or longer and lead to one of the following...."

The school is in Quebec, and we know the actual situation of things around Quebec now.

I need Expert advice with this. Does this mean I qualify?

Thanks for your reply. She has a Spousal permit, her hubby is currently studying in Canada. And for the visiting Visa, is it Visiting Visa all types or Visiting Visa tourism?

I don't think you should worry much about that especially eligibility. sometimes, it continues even beyond PPR until Passport Collection. In your case they have even acknowledged their delay. Maybe you should just give them some time before resuming the bombardment.

All the best!
