I submitted POF exactly 28days matured and went for biometric same day at Abuja TLS on the Friday 21st July, i got empty nsf Monday 24th july. Since then i didn't hear from them. Today i made a paid call and response was that my application is still with the case worker waiting for decision. Tomorrow will be the 15 working days.

Pls guys whats your advise on my case. I will appreciate response pls

For context note that there is usually a last date to resume which can vary but I have seen up to 3 weeks after the official resumption date, so the ECO may also look at that in granting you a visa. Ensure to keep your school informed on your application.

Now what can you do to improve the speed and success rate of your application?

1. Choose Flexi for a standard application to get a closer date for biometrics
2. Pay for Priority (5 days) or Super Priority Visa (1 day) decision; please note that if you suspect your application won't be straightforward, you may want to rethink this as you may not get a response within the promised time
3. Ensure to include all the supporting documents to reduce the possibility of an NSF

Some of the major things that can lead to an NSF?
1- Financial Documents - Insufficient balance or delayed response from your financial institution; a fake document will most likely lead to outright rejection and or ban
2 - Unexplained study gap if more than 5 years; if you have more than 5 years then include all relevant employment letters / promotion letters for the period.
3 - Previous Visa Rejection Not reported - please report it sincerely; I have not seen anyone rejected for stating previous visa rejections. Note that a visa rejection is not the same thing as a ban; the latter is a different ballgame
4 - Previous Travels to sanctioned countries - they might want to know what you want there to do
5 - Not uploading the required documents

Please for documents for visa application, does one print out CAS letter from one's email sent by the school, and scan it as one of the documents. Or Is it only the information on CAS that will be used while filling the visa application, cas number, sponsorship lincence number, course level,etc. Or must it be printed out from email and scan it in pdf as one of separate documents.

Hello please I need urgent help. When applying for a spouse dependant visa and part of proof of fund is in MA’s account, is a consent letter enough to submit to the embassy, or should a home office consent form also be submitted.

I have my visa already, can I travel from the date of validity on the visa or when exactly. I want to book my flight for 18/19th August but I’m not sure if it’s too early.
