This ibo create Facebook account with Yoruba name to disguise and spread lies and deceit, so that Yorubas will stop chasing them back to southeast from Yoruba land. This is deceit, lies and manipulation don't fall for it.

Dey sleep. Real estate business in south west before general has left other western states except Lagos for east after the general election. Ask those involved. The real estate is happening in south east, rivers and delta states.

When I say that most of you are wallowing in ignorance and self-deceit, you just proved an example. I have bought personal lands at 2 million that doubled in value in less than 2 years! If only you're not deep in multidimensional poverty, I would have shown you lands in Owerri where you can buy and it will appreciate by extra 2 million within 2 years! The fact you're shocked about something that is common over here shows the depth of poverty you're operating from.

I have not seen any village in the SE where houses still have rafia roof. Such things only exist in the poor sadwaste region. Most of our villages are actually more beautiful than your so-called cities. The sort of Lekki house buildings in our villages can only be found in your most exclusive GRA's where only 1% of your elite can afford to live. If you doubt me, I will bring pictures and shame you!

Your cities are nothing but glorified slums while the villages are still in stone age.

You are the one projecting the situation you are in on me lol

It is actually poverty stricken people like you that usually first call others poor.

You are really very delusional lol, if it is that easy to invest in your region and make profits why the hell are your people trooping out of it to other places to invest like it is a war zone ?

This idiot really painted sadeast like everyone is rich there and there are no poor people, it is poor people like you that is stealing the new niger bridge railing and wanted to make FG to shut it down.

Sure you have few areas here and there where drug dealers built alot of empty mansions and that's it, i have been to the East and poverty is a very common knowledge there that's why most of you can't survive there.

English hard and reasoning is far from you oo. Do not, (many do) can not, (you already have the evidence staring you at the face).

Sometimes, it's good to be quiet and be considered a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

People say "Yoruba and Hausa DO NOT own property in Igbo land", not "CANNOT". Know the difference.

And those people are right. That a Yoruba man wants to have an estate in Igbo land today does not dilute the fact that Yoruba and Hausa do not want to own property in Igbo land. You are making noise, trying to deny the truth just because of a few or one exception. This one Yoruba man is not enough reason for any honest person to deny the fact that Yoruba and Hausa do not like to own property in Igbo land.

As a matter of fact, this Yoruba man is going to the East because he foresees that Igbo people will soon abandon Lagos. He is going to the place of the promoters of business.

Did he call Igboland no man's land? If no then stop wasting our time.

Also, when will the governor give him appointment?

Before you earn the right to call a place a nọ man's land, first go there, live there with your family, do business their, own properties there.... Then maybe, you will earn that right. Try and leave ogbomosho first.

This generational curse is driving you fast to your grave. Is the whole Igbo land divided into 5 states up to Oyo state alone in land mass?

Good luck to you, but always inform your family members and love ones your location all the time.

Ensure that you implant GPS in your body in the event you are missing, it be very easy to locate you.

Keep acting James Bond in IPOB territories you learn in a hard way.
How many Igbo property developer are in the East constructing or building housing. HOW MANY, EVEN THE OWNERS OF THE LAND ARE RUNNING FROM THEIR LAND, YOU WANTS TO ACT JAMES BOND.

Land is dirt cheap in the sadwaste. With 500k you can buy land in any of their rusted roof slum cities. But how many of them can afford 10 million to buy just one plot in the Eastern cities?

Their problem is largely poverty mixed with ignorance.
Apparently, you were raised in abject poverty hence the bitterness in you. And for you to think that no Yoruba can afford #10m to buy a piece of land in your "Unknown Gunmen Republic", what you have in your skull is definitely not a brain.

The fact you're from sadwaste indicate you're mostly likely wretched. A region where over 90% of the people live in slums means that at least, 9 out of 10 people there are in poverty.

I never said that no Yoruba can afford 10 million to buy lands in the East but it's rare. Unknown gunmen issue is a temporary challenge caused by enemies. However, the East is still safer than West based on recent official data. There is a far higher chance of you losing your head to skull miners than anyone becoming victim to unknown gunmen in the East.

See the first two pictures below, that's a typical neighborhood in your region and compare with the last two, which are typical neighborhoods in my region. Who then is likely to be in poverty between you and me?
