Not sure it is custom, it is speedaf at this point.
Had two different items that departed china and arrive Nigeria at the same time (definitely same plane), complained on Twitter and gave them one of the tracking numbers, 2hrs later it cleared custom and all (the other one yet to clear custom as we speak).

Another separate purchase I made (different flight at a later date) was just updated this morning. And the custom clearance was update as 8th of August, meanwhile them just update am this morning.

It can be opened online. Just normal bank opening, BVN, nepa bill,id card and passport photo with minimum opening balance of 100k which you can always remove plus you can also order for the card online too. I opened my account online and submitted documents online too. I got my card physically because I was close to the bank. The card is 5k by the way
