I was employed into the Nigeria Civil Service with HND.Recently,National Board for Technical Education NBTE in collaboration with some foreign University came up with a program where you can top-up your HND to B.Sc in one year.I have already started my application but I have some concerns. Some of the foreign Universities I saw on the site are based in India.
Now my question is can I use a certificate I obtained online to do my career Conversion?
2.Can I use a Foreign certificate from India to do my Conversion?

NBTE is not serious. Why India? I have tried it out... Fees is 1,000 dollars. That is some 800k. Why can't Nigerian universities run this.

The Head of Civil Service has already published criteria for conversion. if u are a real civil servant you should be aware, except you are one of those that are awol or maybe you are in the states?? in any case, first of all your course must be from an approved university or institution and u must get head of service and your organization's approval before u embark on the course.

Why not?

You can use whatever certificate you acquired anywhere in the world as long as it's from a recognized institution or professional body, and registered in the Public Scheme of Service.

If you can provide the hard copies of the certs or they could confirm the authentication of the online certs, then you should worry not, just apply and see what happens..

If you have Legitimately good certs and degrees, bro apply anywhere you like without fear, but know where your strength and weaknesses lies..
