From what I see so far, Mount is nervous as hell. He's been playing with so much trepidation. Look at how he fell just by trying to quickly move the ball.

Which other forward does Erik 7 hag need again. You have Rashford, Hojjund and Martial for that strike position. Rashford, Sancho, Garnacho for the left and Antony, Amad, Pellistri, and Sancho again for the Right.

The only problem I have with Ten Hag is he tends to overrate his abilities.

He bought an Antony that scored like 8 goals in the Dutch league and thought he'd turn him into something else. It's not working so far. And that cost over 80m.

He brought in a Mason Mount that had a terrible previous season and rarely played as a CM. And he thinks he can mould him into his type of CM. That's not looking good so far. That's another expensive project.

There's also Hojlund, that's just 20 years old and scored only 9 in serie A. He thinks he can build him up to reach the level enough to lead the Frontline. I doubt.


This is why if you're going to drop a fixed amount like 200m for transfers, you should probably not leave the whole decision to your manager.

Yes Rashford that scored 15league goals playing mostly as a striker last season will be terrible to have as a back up for Hojjund when he isn't playing.



Martial who scored 6league goals in 960mins( Approximately 10games) will be terrible as a back up to Hojjund. We should go and spend 50 to 60million on another striker that will want to sit on the Bench to satisfy you.

As it stands when the Vikings returns we will be seeing a front line of Rashford,Hojjund and Antony as starters with Sancho, Garnacho, Martial, Pellistri and Amad on the bench but we should go and buy another Forward according to our resident lawyer 🙄

It's not punishment. It's simply freezing out unwanted players. Clubs do it all the time. Relegate them to train separately and away from the group till they find a club to take them.
