That's a wrong advice. I won't advice anyone to buy land on the island most especially Ajah. Most of the lands are not yet allocated. I won't say more than that. Surulere, Yaba, Ebute-Metta are better

Okay I spent over 2M within 2Months on frivolities so with that money I could get Honda Civic and empower a soul but it would take a 2 years to get my money and profit back
Few days time on Wednesday I would complete the payment for 2.5Million naira land and close the land deal
Wednesday/Thursday I would make the transaction here and paste it here
Then after that I would going back to lagos next month to purchase of 2010/2011 corolla in lagos

Once am done with land deals here .

Those sides you mentioned are very expensive chevron for sangotedo you can still get land for 20Million well I believe with time Son of man would get to the level of buying lands in Chevron

I know a couple of people doing it, but I don't think there is much problems with the lands around orchid road and shangotedo areas.
